my collaboration with aud design early in their venture involved examining the ux at every stage of the process: the identity is clearly stated from social media and the online store, until the handcrafted jewellery arrives to the customer in its bespoke packaging. from the photography to css details, collaboration with the maker at every stage was key to our success.
